Description
Interior Health Authority is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified organizations to provide Pharmacy Services at the Cara Centre in Kelowna, BC. The services include provision of prescription and over-the-counter medications, clinical pharmacist review and consultation, maintaining medication profiles and administration records, medication reconciliations, audits, and participation in multi-disciplinary rounds. The provider must offer day-to-day and urgent pharmacy services during operating hours, with 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies. The services also require provision of opioid agonist therapy and adherence to the standards outlined in the Pharmacy Services Agreement template.
