Description

This contract is between the County of Orange and Age Well Senior Services, Inc. for the provision of supportive services under the Special Programs for the Aging, Title III, Part B. The contract term is one year, from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, with an initial amount not to exceed $201,415, later amended to $217,155.
