Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified individuals or organizations to serve as the Independent Auditor for the Annual Financial Audit. The contract term is from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with two automatic annual renewals possible, not extending beyond June 30, 2029. Vendors must comply with HISD's liability insurance and Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) program requirements. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on April 13, 2026, and proposals are due by April 24, 2026.
