The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) is seeking proposals for plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) phase services for the I-680 Northbound Express Lane project between State Route 84 and Alcosta Boulevard. The contract is anticipated to last 36 months from August 2026 to August 2029, with an option to extend up to five years. Funding will come from Measure B, Measure BB, and/or Vehicle Registration Fee funds, with local business participation goals. Proposals must be submitted via the Alameda CTC Procurement Portal by May 8, 2026.
