Midland Independent School District (MISD) is seeking proposals for the delivery and installation of cafeteria tables at multiple district schools. - Government Buyer: - Midland Independent School District (MISD) - OEMs and Vendors: - SICO America, Inc (highlighted as a preferred manufacturer) - AmTab (also listed as a preferred manufacturer) - Alternate manufacturers of comparable quality will be considered - Products Requested: - Approximately 200 SICO America, Inc 6' unit 3-in-1 ConverTables (or approved equals) - Laminate top and bench color (TBD), Armor Edge, 29" table height, black powder coat frame, connector unit - 10 SICO America, Inc Graduate Oval 1 tables with 8 stool seating (or approved equals) - 8 stool capacity, 60"L x 54"W, 30" table height, laminate top, Armor Edge, black powder coat frame - 20 46-inch round expanded metal outdoor tables (or approved equals) - Black, 4 concave seats, portable, punched steel, textured coating finish - Services Requested: - Delivery and installation of all tables at multiple MISD school locations - Includes all personnel, equipment, transportation, supplies, and removal of debris - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must provide warranty documentation and visuals of color swatches - Fixed pricing must include all costs (freight, delivery, installation) - Vendors must meet specific insurance requirements - MISD reserves the right to award by line item or in total, and to adjust quantities as needed - Contract term is one year, with options for two additional one-year renewals

Description

The Midland Independent School District (MISD) is soliciting proposals for a one-year contract to deliver and install cafeteria tables at selected schools within the district. The contract includes approximately 200 6-foot 3-in-1 ConverTables, 10 Graduate Oval 1 tables with 8 stools, and 20 46-inch round expanded metal outdoor tables, or approved equals. Vendors must provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies, including removal of debris, and warranty documentation. The contract may be renewed for two additional one-year periods.
