This opportunity seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance services for the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Pacific Region institutions in British Columbia. - Scope of Work: - Inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance for all elevators, dumbwaiters, and handicap lifts - Mandatory monthly and quarterly maintenance visits - Emergency and regular repair services - Periodic safety testing in compliance with: - Safety Standards Act - Elevating Devices Safety Regulation of B.C. - ASME A17.1/CSA B44-16 - CSA B355-09 - Contractor Responsibilities: - Supply all labor, electrical and mechanical parts (major and minor), consumables, tools, and software updates for repairs - Certain exclusions apply (as specified in the solicitation) - Work to be performed during regular hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, excluding holidays) - Contractor will be escorted by CSC staff at all times - Place of Performance: - CSC Pacific Region institutions located in the Fraser Valley and Victoria, British Columbia - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation

Description

The Correctional Service of Canada requires a contractor to inspect, test, and perform preventative maintenance on all elevators, dumbwaiters, and handicap lifts within its Pacific Region institutions in British Columbia.
