The solicitation covers hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, audiovisual equipment, instructional technology, and other technology products and services. Multiple vendors will be selected in phases during the solicitation period, and proposals will be evaluated based on price, reputation, quality, and other criteria. The contract term includes the initial period with up to four one-year automatic renewals, concluding in 2032.
