Waller Independent School District (WISD) is seeking proposals for Library Books & Publications to support its educational programs. - Government Buyer: - Waller Independent School District (WISD), Purchasing Department - Products & Services Requested: - General Trade Books (regular, trade, adult, young adult fiction and non-fiction) - Publishers Library Editions (reinforced bindings) - Pre-Bound Library Bindings and Paperbacks - Audio Books - e-Books - Digital Media (music files, video clips, etc.) - Subscriptions to Databases - No specific part numbers or quantities; items are general categories - OEMs & Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; proposals are open to multiple qualified vendors - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Vendors may offer discounts from catalog, website, or retail prices, but proposals without discounts are also accepted - Mandatory submission of Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (CIQ), Debarment Form, Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295), and W-9 form - Proposals must be submitted online or as sealed paper proposals; fax and email submissions are not accepted - Only vendors not currently holding a WISD Library Books & Publications contract from previous RFPs (236-2024 or 253-2025) are eligible - Period of Performance: - Initial contract term from award date through August 31 of the following year - Automatic renewal for up to four additional one-year terms unless notice of non-renewal is provided - Places of Performance & Delivery: - Contracting Office: 2214 Waller Street, Waller, TX 77484 - Delivery Location: 20600 Fields Store Road, Waller, TX 77484
