The City of Laredo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for professional services related to the complete renovation of the Laredo Center for the Arts and adjacent commercial suites. The renovation scope includes flooring, windows, painting, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and necessary commercial improvements to meet fire and occupancy requirements as well as compliance with the Historic District Board.
