Description

The Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District (MetroLINK) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide ADA complementary paratransit services within its defined service area during established service hours. The contractor will be responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and fully ADA-compliant door-to-door transportation services for eligible riders, including operational staffing, vehicle operation, driver training, and customer service.
