The vessels must be 2026 or latest production model, twenty-foot hybrid deep V tri-hull fiberglass Sea Blade vessels or equivalent, with specific construction, propulsion, outfitting, electronics, lighting, law enforcement equipment, fuel system, and trailer specifications.
