Description

This solicitation is for repairs to the existing façade of the rear portion of Rollins Hall, including replacement of approximately 8,700 square feet of built-up roofing, thirty-one steel windows, six hollow metal doors and frames, as well as some lighting and masonry repairs. All work must be completed in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications. The selected General Contractor will also be responsible for the abatement and removal of all hazardous materials encountered during the project.
