Description

The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Flood Operations (DFO), is seeking a contractor to provide side-lifting and roll-off transportation services for loaded and unloaded shipping containers. The contractor will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting containers filled with flood fight materials such as burlap sandbags, plastic sheeting, and wooden stakes.
