The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Human Resources, Board of Examiners (BEX) is seeking contractor support for the development and validation of multiple Foreign Service written examinations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Human Resources, Board of Examiners (BEX) - Products/Services Requested: - Development and validation of computer-based testing instruments for: - Foreign Service Officer Test (FSOT) - Foreign Service Officer Assessment (FSOA) - Consular Fellows Program Test (CFPT) - Office Management Specialist Test (OMST) - Foreign Service Specialist Assessment System (FSSAS) (with and without Job Knowledge) - Diplomatic Technology Officer Test (DTOT) - Diplomatic Security Special Agent Test (DSSAT) - Security Engineering Officer Test (SEO) - Security Technical Specialist Test (STS) - Diplomatic Courier Test - Test item development, validation, form assembly, scoring plans, analytics, and reporting - Travel support for test administration and training - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Multiple test administrations per year (some up to three times annually) - Deliverables include monthly and yearly reports - Contractor must provide travel support and comply with Department of State health and safety advisories - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or test development vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Place of Performance: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Human Resources, Board of Examiners (BEX), Washington, DC
