This opportunity seeks contractor support for the sustainment of the Air Force Total Ownership Cost (AFTOC) system, managed by the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency (AFCAA) under the Department of the Air Force. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force - Air Force District of Washington (AFDW/PK) - Air Force Cost Analysis Agency (AFCAA) - Program Management Office (PMO) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; the requirement is for professional engineering and data services. - Products/Services Requested: - Sustainment support for the AFTOC system, including: - Data lifecycle management and acquisition from 26+ DoD sources - System maintenance and configuration control - Data processing, integration, and quality assurance - User training, helpdesk support, and database administration - Functional expertise in Air Force financial, maintenance, supply, logistics, munitions, and contingency planning systems - Quarterly data updates, reports, and training materials - Key personnel: Project Manager, Data Scientists, Database Administrators, Software Engineers - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must demonstrate experience with Air Force and OSD data systems - Capability statements must address data integration, quality control, and functional expertise - Transition-in and transition-out plans required - Ongoing reporting (weekly, monthly, annual) and periodic performance assessments - Travel and telework provisions included - Period of Performance: - One-year base period with four one-year option periods (total up to five years) - Quarterly deliverables and annual staffing/quality control plan updates - Places of Performance and Delivery: - Joint Base Andrews, Maryland (primary contracting office and performance location) - Hill Air Force Base, Utah - Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio - National Capital Region - Columbus, OH (area) - Dayton, OH (area)

Description

To facilitate market research, the Government is looking to identify qualified sources under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS); 541330 (Engineering Services).
