Description

This is an Announcement for Optometry Lane Maintenance at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System Period of Performance: 08/18/2026-08/17/2031 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought synopsis request.

This requirement is for a non-Personal Services Contract to provide preventative maintenance, minor repair, cleaning and calibration of all equipment required to keep the 17 optometry lanes operational at VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, tools, travel and overhead necessary to perform this service at the VASNHCS., Southeast Primary Care Clinic, and Southwest Primary Care Clinic. The proposal will include 2 trips per service contract year. Half of the exam rooms will be serviced each visit, and any other priority repair/maintenance items accomplished. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for all additional requirement information regarding this requisition.
