This opportunity seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive environmental and waste management services for oil/water separator (OWS) systems at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Combat Command, 319th Contracting Squadron (319 CONS PK), Grand Forks AFB - 319th Civil Engineering Squadron (COR) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products/Services Requested: - Inspection, testing, cleaning, repair, and maintenance of oil/water separator systems, grit chambers, and grease traps - Collection and disposal of used vegetable cooking oil from government-provided containers - Mowing, tilling, monitoring, and sampling of the Land Treatment Facility (LTF) during the growing season - Groundwater and soil sampling at the LTF - Emergency service calls with 12-hour response requirement - Handling, transportation, and disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous waste, including liquids, solids, petroleum products, and contaminated soils - Annual reporting and compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations - Quantities and Line Items: - Inspect OWS/Grit chambers and UST: 75 - Sampling of OWS: 25 - Pumping of non-hazardous liquid: 180,000 units - Remove sludge and clean: 80,000 units - Transport/recycle hazardous material: 15,000 units - Waste water and sludge removal: 170,000 units - Pump and service grease traps: 16 - Pump and service used vegetable oil containers: 16 - Mowing LTF: 4 - Tilling LTF: 4 - Sampling of groundwater LTF: 9 - Sampling of soil LTF: 17 - Sampling of sludge in OWS/UST: 12 - Annual LTF report: 1 - Unique or Notable Requirements: - 100% small business set-aside (SBA) - All-inclusive pricing (materials, labor, transportation, delivery, taxes, fees) - Emergency and on-call services must respond within 12 hours - Compliance with Grand Forks AFB Hazardous Waste Management Plan - Annual and seasonal reporting deadlines - Services must be performed at Grand Forks AFB, ND - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years (total up to 5 years), with a possible 6-month extension - Seasonal and annual service requirements - Place of Performance: - Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota (primary service and delivery location) - Contracting office located at 295 STEEN BLVD, BLDG 242, GRAND FORKS AFB, ND 58205

Description

Fore this requirement, the contractor shall inspect, test, clean, repair, and maintain oil/water separator (OWS) systems, grit chambers, grease traps and collect/dispose of used vegetable cooking oil at Grand Forks Air Force Base (GFAFB), North Dakota. Additionally the contractor shall mow/till/monitor and sample the Land Treatment Facility during the growing season (June-Sept).
