Ontario Shared Services, on behalf of the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT), is seeking a qualified vendor to provide appraisal services for personal property assets of OPGT clients. - Government Buyer: - Ontario Shared Services (on behalf of OPGT) - OPGT manages assets for mentally incapable Ontarians - Scope of Services: - Appraisal of personal property including: - Fine arts, decorative arts, antiques - Gems, fine jewelry, costume jewelry, watches - Rare banknotes, coins, stamps, paintings - Appraisals required for accounting, management, safekeeping, disposition, or return to beneficiaries - Locations: - Primary: OPGT Toronto Office (595 Bay Street, Toronto, ON) - Occasional fieldwork at clients’ residences across Ontario - No specific OEMs or product vendors are named - Unique Requirements: - Vendor must be able to appraise a wide range of valuable and collectible items - Services must be performed both at a central office and in the field as needed

The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide appraisal services for personal property items/assets such as fine arts, antiques, jewelry, watches, rare banknotes, coins, stamps, and paintings. These items belong to mentally incapable Ontarians under OPGT guardianship and require appraisal for accounting and management purposes. Services will be conducted primarily at OPGT's Toronto office with occasional field appraisals at clients' residences across Ontario. The contract aims to support the management, safekeeping, or disposition of these personal property assets.
