Parks Canada Agency is soliciting proposals for the replacement of the upper-level flat roof and rooftop mechanical unit at the Bethune Memorial House Visitor Centre. The work includes removing the existing roof system and mechanical unit, installing a new self-adhered mod-bit roofing system with insulation and flashing, and installing and commissioning a new rooftop mechanical unit with all necessary connections and electrical work.
