Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NLHS) is seeking to pre-qualify vendors through a Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) to establish a vendor pool for leased residential housing across various health zones in Newfoundland and Labrador. This prequalification will enable vendors to participate in future open or limited call processes to secure housing for healthcare professionals. The housing must meet detailed specifications including furnished units, proximity to health facilities, and compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act 2018. The vendor pool will be valid until October 2026, and submissions are accepted biweekly until July 30, 2026.
