The lease is for one unit with two or three bedrooms and one energized parking space, preferably two bedrooms, with a lease term of approximately five years starting around October 1, 2026. The unit must meet specific standards including living room, dining area, kitchen with full appliances, laundry facilities, and comply with various Canadian codes and standards. PSPC reserves rights for early termination and installation of monitoring equipment.
