BC Hydro and Power Authority is seeking proposals for the supply and operation of a barge and crane system to safely lift, position, and install reservoir boom anchoring systems. The work includes handling and placement of can buoys, precast anchor blocks or clusters, transportation of an Owner-supplied excavator across JOR and ELL reservoirs, and transport of 27 lock blocks across the ELL Reservoir.
