Description
The Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or composting service providers to receive and process mixed curbside food and yard waste, as well as yard waste drop-off at multiple landfill and transfer stations. The service area includes the City of Penticton, Village of Keremeos, and several RDOS electoral areas. The RFP aims to identify cost-effective, reliable, and environmentally responsible service options that may be preferable to constructing and operating a Regional District owned facility.
