NATO RFI: Outsourcing Level 1 & 2 Support Services for NSATU (Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovakia)

This opportunity is a NATO Request for Information (RFI) seeking industry input on outsourcing Level 1 and Level 2 support services for the NATO Security Support and Training to Ukraine (NSATU) program. - The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is considering transferring responsibility for these support services from NCIA to an external provider. - Services include service desk, incident management, maintenance, and support for communications and information systems (CIS) infrastructure and devices. - Support covers workstations, servers, network devices, VOIP phones, VTC systems, printers, mobile phones, and deployable CIS systems. - The contract will cover four national locations: - NSATU Headquarters in Germany - Logistic Enabling Nodes in Poland, Romania, and Slovakia - The planned contract start is January 2027, with a three-year base period and two one-year options, plus a demobilization period. - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are listed; the RFI is for market research and planning. - Key performance indicators and staffing requirements will be part of the contract. - Interested vendors should refer to the attached RFI for submission instructions and further details.

Description

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is conducting a market survey to identify qualified vendors and gather input on potential solutions to support the upcoming acquisition of Level 1 and Level 2 services support to NATO Security Support and Training to Ukraine (NSATU). The goal is to transfer the responsibility of such services within defined national locations, from NCIA to a qualified external service provider. To that end, NCIA is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to solicit feedback from capable and interested industry partners.

This RFI is issued for planning purposes only and is not a request for bids. It is part of NCIA’s effort to ensure it has a clear understanding of the marketplace, available capabilities, and potential acquisition strategies.

The NCIA reference for this RFI is MS-424359-NSATU, and all correspondence concerning this matter should reference this number.
