The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division, under the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA), is seeking contractors for a five-year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support Navy radar systems. - Scope of Work: - Evaluation, overhaul, supplemental repair, and testing of Alternating Current (AC) motors - Motors are used in the following Navy radar systems: - AN/SPS-49 - AN/SPS-48E - AN/SPS-67(V)3 - AN/SPS-67(V)1 - AN/SPS-40 - AN/SPQ-9B - AN/SPS-55A - AN/SPS-55 - Contract Details: - Five-year IDIQ contract - Full and open competition - Delivery required FOB Destination to NSWC Crane - Participation Requirements: - Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) - Contractors must be registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access controlled attachments - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or quantities are provided; focus is on service for AC motors in the listed radar systems
Description
ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane Division, has a requirement for evaluation, overhaul, supplemental repair, and testing of Alternating Current (AC) Motors used in the AN/SPS-49, AN/SPS-48E, AN/SPS-67(V)3, AN/SPS-67(V)1, AN/SPS-40, AN/SPQ-9B, AN/SPS-55A, and AN/SPS-55 Radar Systems. NSWC Crane intends to issue a five (5) year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, full and open competitive, non-commercial solicitation in the third (3) quarter of fiscal year 2026.
The Navy intends to solicit this contract on a full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.1. Delivery is required FOB Destination NSWC Crane. The solicitation will be made available posted on sam.gov. All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https:/sam.gov/. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
