The Government of Canada is seeking design-build contractor services for two school construction projects in Alberta: a new K-6 school in Hawks Ridge NW Edmonton with a capacity of 650 students and a gross floor area of 5,473 m², and the replacement of Norwood K-8 School in Wetaskiwin with a capacity of 420 students and a gross floor area of 3,978 m². The contract duration is 28 months starting from July 16, 2026.
