The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Aviation Division is seeking information from qualified sources for the potential procurement of Beechcraft King Air 350/360 aircraft and associated training services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) - Aviation Division (Aviation Operations Center, Fort Worth, TX) - Office of Acquisition (Springfield, VA) - OEM Highlight: - Beechcraft (manufacturer of King Air 350/360 aircraft) - Products Requested: - New or used Beechcraft King Air 350/360 twin-engine turboprop aircraft (models B300ER/B300CER and/or B300/B300ER/B300C/B300CER) - Minimum seating: 2 crew, 8 passengers - Cargo door, long endurance capability - FAA Part 23 certification, IFR and RVSM compliance - Avionics: Collins Pro Line Fusion or Garmin G1000NXi with specified comm/nav/safety equipment - Extended range fuel tanks, heavy weight certification - Services Requested: - Pilot training (type rating, initial course) for 2 pilots per aircraft - Maintenance training (initial course) for 1 person per aircraft - Notable Requirements: - Aircraft may be new (delivery within 12 months) or used (delivery within 6 months) - Warranty: 5 years on structure/avionics, 2 years or 1,200 hours on airframe parts, 5 years or 2,500 hours on engines - Training must be included for both pilots and maintenance personnel - Delivery location may be at contractor's facility or a mutually agreed location - Additional Information: - Vendors are requested to provide technical capability statements, past performance, and rough order of magnitude pricing - All technical specifications and requirements are detailed in the attached documents
