The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), under the Department of the Navy, is seeking industry support for advanced combat weapon system technology and engineering services. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Integrated Combat Systems Department - Scope of Services Requested: - Technology and engineering support for combat weapon systems across Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Missile Defense Agency programs - System-of-systems engineering, digital and model-based systems engineering, and lifecycle analysis - System interoperability, certification, test and evaluation, and mission engineering - Safety engineering, including hazard analysis and compliance verification - Ballistic Missile Defense and AEGIS Weapon System support, including AEGIS Ashore and Foreign Military Sales - Training development and delivery for surface ships and Marine Corps combat systems - Specialized support for shipboard weapons systems, pointing and fire cutout analysis, and topside surveys - Labor Requirements: - 17 key personnel positions, including Program Manager, Lead Principal Systems Engineers, and Lead Senior Systems Engineers - Over 857,000 annual labor hours across various engineering roles - Specialized experience required in systems such as SSDS, CIAT, and Aegis Integrated Combat Systems - Security Requirements: - TOP SECRET facility clearance and SECRET personnel clearance required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Support for both U.S. and Foreign Military Sales programs - Travel to multiple U.S. and international locations anticipated - Deliverables include technical reports, presentations, and participation in technical reviews - Period of Performance: - 12-month base period with four 12-month option years (up to 5 years total) - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified in the solicitation or attachments.
