Description
The Vermont Department of Health is seeking proposals to establish contracts for a statewide public health volunteer management and mobilization system. The software solution should comply with Emergency System for the Advanced Registration of Volunteers (ESAR-VHP) criteria and support volunteer demographic tracking, medical credential verification, multimodal alerting, training coordination, and badging capabilities compatible with existing badge printers. The system will be used by Medical Reserve Corps volunteers and select partners to organize and mobilize for public health emergency responses. The contract period includes implementation plus five years, starting January 1, 2027.
