Description

The Department of Buildings and General Services of Vermont is soliciting proposals to establish a contract with one company to operate a statewide sign language interpreter referral service. This service will provide interpreter referrals for Vermonters who are deaf, deafblind, or hard of hearing, as well as for businesses, educational programs, medical providers, State employees, and the general public. The contract period is two years with an option to renew for up to three additional years, starting approximately September 15, 2026. The service must be available at least 40 hours per week and meet specific performance and reporting requirements.
