The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CEF) is seeking a qualified Design Builder to design and construct one relocatable classroom at Ecole Quatre Vents in Regina, Saskatchewan, to be completed and ready for occupancy by the end of August 2026. The project includes architectural and engineering design, permitting, construction with non-combustible materials, installation of mechanical and electrical systems including cooling and fire suppression sprinklers, and ensuring all necessary connections are weather-tight. The total project budget is $600,000, and the successful proponent will enter into a CCDC 14, 2013 agreement with the Owner.
