The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District is seeking eligible firms capable of performing all necessary labor, supervision, management, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform cleaning and prevention activities of the Millennium Columbarium at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.
