Description
This final rule by the Environmental Protection Agency establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of polyethylhexyl glycidyl ether polyethylene oxide copolymer when used as an inert ingredient (wetting agent or surfactant) in pesticide formulations on growing crops and raw agricultural commodities. The exemption limits the copolymer to no more than 10% by weight of the pesticide formulation. The regulation is effective April 10, 2026, with objections and requests for hearings due by June 9, 2026.
