The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and exporters of certain hot-rolled steel flat products from the Republic of Korea during the period of review from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. Additionally, Commerce is rescinding this review in part for 13 companies due to no entries of subject merchandise during the period.
