The U.S. Army is seeking qualified sources for a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (SA ID/IQ) firm-fixed price contract to provide comprehensive environmental remediation services at Tooele Army Depot North and South Areas in Utah. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sam Houston - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Environmental remediation services, including: - Remedial Action Operations (RA-O) - Long-Term Management (LTM) - Groundwater monitoring, sampling, analysis, and reporting - Landfill and Air Sparge/Soil Vapor Extraction (AS/SVE) system operation, monitoring, and maintenance - Regulatory compliance with CERCLA, RCRA, and state requirements - Land Use Controls (LUCs) monitoring, inspection, maintenance, and reporting - Groundwater monitoring well abandonment (6 wells) - Hydrogeologic Assessment and Recommendations Report (HARR) development - Groundwater flow and transport model recalibration and analysis - Project Management Plan (PMP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP) development and maintenance - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services must address contamination, including potential chemical warfare materiel recognition - Compliance with federal and state environmental regulations is mandatory - Key personnel and security requirements are specified - Emphasis on small disadvantaged businesses and 8(a) program participants - Current contract value is $13.3 million (held by Brice Engineering, LLC) - Place of Performance: - Tooele Army Depot North Area (TEAD-N), Tooele, Utah - Tooele Army Depot South Area (TEAD-S), Tooele, Utah - Supporting facilities include administrative records at depot buildings in Tooele and Stockton, Utah

THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice (SSN) ONLY. The U.S. Government intends to award a non-personal services Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (SA ID/IQ) firm-fixed price (FFP) contract to provide environmental remediations services for multiple sites located at Tooele Army Depot North Area, (TEAD-N), Utah, and Tooele Army Depot South Area (TEAD-S), Utah, also collectively referred to as TEAD.
