Description
The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT), in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), is soliciting proposals for a modernized education data management system. The system should support data interoperability, management, user experience, and system support, and be vendor-managed on a cloud platform. The vendor will be responsible for designing, implementing, hosting, operating, securing, and supporting the system. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by May 7, 2026.
