The City of Westminster is seeking proposals from qualified venue operators to manage the Westminster Rose Center theater and banquet facility, a multicultural center. The selected operator(s) will oversee all aspects of the venue including operations, food service, booking, merchandising, ticketing, technology, security, parking, maintenance, sales, marketing, and promotions. The goal is to increase utilization, expand culturally diverse programming reflective of the community, and progress toward financial sustainability. The contract is anticipated to start October 1, 2026, with an initial five-year term and four optional five-year renewals.
