The Wyoming State Construction Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) for the exterior restoration and repair of the Idelman and Kendrick Buildings and associated carriage houses in Cheyenne, WY. The project focuses on preserving historic integrity through cleaning, restoration, tuckpointing of masonry, roofing system replacement, window restoration, wood trim repair, and structural stabilization.
