Brunswick Regional Water & Sewer H2GO is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call industrial services for its municipal water and wastewater facilities in North Carolina. - Government Buyer: - Brunswick Regional Water & Sewer H2GO (Finance Department) - Contact: Jennifer Goley, Procurement Analyst II - Scope of Services: - Rigging and equipment handling (lifting, positioning, removal, relocation) - Mobile crane services with certified operators, riggers, and signal persons; ability to operate in confined spaces - Welding services (structural, mechanical, and pipe welding for carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys) - Fabrication services (shop and field fabrication for structural and mechanical components in corrosive/wet environments) - Equipment installation (setting, leveling, alignment, anchoring, grouting; installation of new, replacement, or upgraded equipment) - Equipment repair, rebuild, and refurbishment (mechanical repair of pumps, motors, gearboxes, etc.; inspection and operational testing) - Notable Requirements: - All labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials must be provided by the contractor - Compliance with OSHA, ANSI, federal/FEMA, and owner safety requirements is mandatory - Services are provided on an as-needed, hourly rate basis (regular, overtime, holiday rates) - No guaranteed minimum work volume - Subcontracting for crane services is permitted - Locations: - H2GO offices in Leland, NC - H2GO Reverse Osmosis Plant in Belville, NC - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or proprietary equipment are identified in the solicitation - Only vendors registered with the North Carolina Electronic Vendor Portal may respond
