The City of Cheyenne and the Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority are seeking proposals from qualified entities to develop, install, own, operate, and maintain a dockless vehicle program. The program must include electric scooters and electric bikes as part of a combined offering or partnership, with bike share being a mandatory component. Proposals must be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal and include both technical and price components. The selection process will be conducted in two steps, and the selected agency will be required to sign a professional services agreement and provide a Certificate of Insurance.
