The City of Menifee is seeking qualified and experienced consultants to provide comprehensive professional consulting services for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The scope includes developing a 5-year HUD-approved Consolidated Plan (2027-2032) and the Annual Action Plan for 2027/2028, updating the Citizens Participation Plan, updating the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice in accordance with HUD standards, and providing annual or as-needed CDBG program support services including environmental and HUD regulatory compliance support.
