Description

This project involves the installation of a custom precast 7-foot by 10-foot vault within Center Parkway, connecting it to the existing 21-inch storm drain pipeline. It includes installing approximately 400 linear feet of 36-inch storm drain pipe and a new manhole, clearing and grubbing, excavation and construction of a new detention basin, and building associated structures such as an inlet/outlet structure, drive ramp, and low-flow channel. Additional work includes installing security fencing and gates, modifying existing fencing, constructing access roads, and site restoration. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, permits, sediment and erosion control, haul routes, disposal of excess materials, and compliance with city standards and contract plans.
