SEPTA is seeking qualified firms to provide fully outsourced Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) managed services for corporate-owned iPad devices used by its frontline workforce. The services include device lifecycle management, service desk support, cellular service provider management, cybersecurity enforcement, and integration with SEPTA's IT Service Management platform.
