The U.S. Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground is seeking industry sources for supplying AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Devices (NVDs) and related support equipment for Foreign Military Sales to Kosovo. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) - Communications-Electronics Command Security Assistance Management Directorate (CECOM SAMD) - Products/Services Requested: - 989 sets of AN/PVS-14 Monocular Night Vision Devices (white phosphor) - 989 sets of support equipment (including carrying cases, compass assemblies, demist shields, headmounts, weapon mounts, batteries, manuals, and more) - 50 purge kits (including hoses, adapters, regulators, and carrying cases) - 14 UV test sets (test units, adapters, manuals) - 5-year spare parts package with detailed part numbers and quantities (e.g., image intensifier tubes, battery housings, lens assemblies, O-rings, screws) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Devices must be white phosphor - Compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 - Berry Amendment restrictions apply (U.S. sourcing/manufacturing requirements) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Place of performance includes Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and Kosovo (for FMS delivery)

Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Communications-Electronics Command Security Assistance Management directorate (CECOM SAMD) is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest in, industry technologies available and capability to fulfill FMS requirements.See the attached document for detailed information.
