Description

The U.S. Department of Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for the potential need for maintenance support services for a 1290 Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) and a 1260 High performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) instruments to ensure functionality of equipment, and to maintain the integrity of data collected. Technical Requirements shall include the following but not limited to: 1) Experience in servicing the LC-MS/MS and HPLC2) Authorized Reseller Agreement4) All factory only recommended parts5) Factory software updates6) On-site hardware troubleshooting and repair with standard response time of 2 to 3 daysThe result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
