Consulting Services for KEDNY and KEDLI 2026 Rate Cases – Cost of Service

Description

The New York Department of State, Division of Consumer Protection, Utility Intervention Unit (UIU) is seeking qualified entities or individuals with expertise in investor-owned regulated public utility energy matters. The selected consultant will provide technical expertise and expert witness services focusing on cost of service issues in the 2026 rate cases for The Brooklyn Union Gas Company (KEDNY) and KeySpan Gas East Corporation (KEDLI). The consultant will assist UIU in representing residential and small commercial customers' interests, ensuring adequate representation and contributing to a comprehensive record. The contract term is 12 months, and submissions must include a technical proposal and an administrative/cost proposal.
