The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, training and labor necessary to install, configure, and maintain a new Common Access Card (CAC)/Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card Access Control System (ACS) for ACC A589S, 204 Dodd Blvd Bldg. 602, Hampton, VA 23665 in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service.

Questions are due no later than 15 April 2026 at 1200, and responses will be provided by 1600 on 16 April 2026. Only one set of questions will be recorded and responded to per contractor so please ensure that your latest submission combines all of your previous questions (if *applicable).
