This is a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) issued under the authority of DFARS 212.70. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is focused on modernizing business operations by actively seeking innovative commercial technologies, products and services that will enhance our ability to deliver the military pay benefit at a significant patron savings from OCONUS commercial entities for performance in DeCA OCONUS locations.

Authorized under DFARS Subpart 212-70, this CSO enables DeCA to competitively procure solutions through a streamlined acquisition process, allowing for rapid decisions. This approach underscores our mission to expedite the award and delivery of critical technologies, products, and services, ensuring that DeCA can leverage advancements in the grocery resale industry swiftly and efficiently.
