Mater Academy of Nevada is seeking proposals for internet access and network equipment for its new Sahara Campus in Las Vegas, NV for the 2026/2027 E-Rate funding year. - Government Buyer: - Mater Academy of Nevada (K-12 charter/public school) - Products and Services Requested: - 1 Gbps internet access (or equivalent), with installation and initial configuration - At least 2 network switches (preferably Ruckus ICX8200-48PF or equivalent) - Related software/licenses (preferably L09-0001-SGCX or equivalent) for each switch - At least 2 uninterruptable power supplies/battery backups (preferably APC SMT3000RM2UNC or equivalent) - All related components - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All solutions must comply with FCC Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) rules - Must comply with FCC Security Rules Order (FCC 19-121), prohibiting equipment from Huawei, ZTE, or other covered companies - Proposals must include SKUs or manufacturer part numbers and list all assumptions - Installation/configuration quotes are not required for equipment - All equivalent solutions will be evaluated - Highlighted OEMs: - Ruckus (for switches) - APC/American Power Conversion (for UPS) - All equivalent manufacturers - Place of Performance: - Mater Sahara Campus, 2025 E.
