Solicitation number HC102126QA048 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an OTU-2 at 10.709 GB commercial circuit intra-Europe. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be used for evaluation purposes.
